Well, the Independence Day celebration was terrific as 

usual. The parade was long but it was great to see more 

people than I ever have at the parade and afterword at 

the community center.Later on the fireworks were wonderful,

although the new location will take some getting used to. 

In real estate, we begin in earnest the second half of the

year. In our immediate area, sales were down about 14% in 

both the number of sales and in average price compared to 

last year. Fortunately, the sales were up for Legacy. Due 

to an increase in market share and growth in our agents we

continue to grow. Because of the declining prices and 

continued attractive interest rates we are looking for the

second half of this year to be even better.
