Inspite of a lackluster real estate market so far this year, our company continues to grow. We have gained another experienced agent
and are in active discussions with several others. So far, there
have been 5 real estate offices that have closed in the Fenton area
and another one just recently had a "For Sale" sign put up in front of their office. When people are looking for a real estate company to represent their home, they need to ask the agent they are interviewing how their office is doing. They need to ask how their sales are
 year to date and how that compares with their performance at
the same time last year. They also should ask about advertising.
 Many companies have stopped advertising altogether.
